Recipe type: Jam
- 2kg (4lb) loganberries
- 2kg (4 lb) sugar granulated white
- 15ml (1 tablespoon) lemon juice:
- Clean the fruit.
- Place in a preserving pan and cook gently until the fruit is soft and mushy.
- Gently add the sugar. Still all the time and continue until all the sugar is dissolved.
- Bring to the boil and boil hard until setting point is reached.
- Pour into sterile warm jars and seal immediately.
